FAIRFAX, VA. – The George Mason women's soccer team (3-9-5, 1-4-3 A-10) travel to Saint Louis, Missouri to play the Billikens (10-1-5, 6-0-2 A-10) Thursday, October 24th, at 8 p.m. This will be the Patriots last match on the road.
LAST TIME OUT
The Patriots played Richmond University this past Sunday for Alumni Day. The Spiders found the back of the net early in the match. In the 13th minute, graduate student Kelly Hutton scored off a rebound kick in the bottom left of the goal. This was her third goal of the season and she is tied for the lead of goals scored on the season (3). Her goal was assisted by JoJo McShane.
Just seven minutes later in the 20th minute, Junior Kiley Fitzgerald scored her third goal of the season. She is also tied for the lead in goals scored this season (3). Her goal was assisted by Kelly Hutton.
The Patriots took six shots total throughout the game with only one being on goal. The Spiders had the advantage in corner kicks 8-2.
