Souley Diouf scored his first goal as a Patriot and senior midfielder
Henry Wachsman netted his second goal of the season in George Mason's 2-2 draw against on Monday night at George Mason Stadium.

Mason (0-2-1) fell behind Old Dominion (0-0-3) in the 14th minute of play. Monarchs graduate student forward Jonas Schmalback scored his team-leading second goal of the season into the lower left corner from inside the six yard box. Freshman forward Valdimar Daoi Saevarsson picked up the assist.

With the Patriots controlling the pace in the offensive end, Wachsman evened the score in 22nd minute when he found the lower right corner of the net for his team-leading second goal of the season. Diouf picked up his first Mason assist on the play.

With time winding down in the first half, Old Dominion struck in the 45th minute when freshman forward William Arnesen collected a rebound and scored his first collegiate goal to put the Monarchs in front, 2-1.

In the 57th minute, Diouf netted the equalizer from inside the six off a perfect cross from sophomore defender
Levi Stephens, who picked up his first Mason assist. Graduate student
Luis Maestre also notched his team-leading fourth assist on the play.

Jaume Salvado (0-2-1) made seven saves, including four in the second half. Old Dominion sophomore goalkeeper Michael Statham made all three of his saves in the first half of the match.
