Fairfax, Va. – The George Mason University women's basketball team has announced its Atlantic 10 Conference home/away schedule pairings for the 2023-24 season.
This season, each the Atlantic 10 team will play 18 regular season conference games, up two from last season's 16 games, including four home-and-home series.
The home slate features games against four of last season's six postseason teams, including Atlantic 10 Champion Saint Louis. The Patriots will also welcome WNIT participants Richmond, Fordham and Saint Joseph's to EagleBank Arena, as well as La Salle.
The Patriots will travel to both A-10 Regular Season Co-Champions in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, teams that each won at least one game in the WNIT a season ago, with the Rams advancing to the 'Super 16'. Mason will also be on the road at Duquesne, St. Bonaventure and will make the return to Loyola Chicago for the second-straight year.
Mason will play home-and-home series with Revolutionary Rival George Washington, in-state rival VCU, Davidson and Dayton.
The complete 2023-24 conference schedule with dates and times, as well as national television information, will be released at a later date by the Atlantic 10. The 2024 Atlantic 10 Women's Basketball Championship will be played at the new 3,500-seat Henrico Sports & Events Center in Henrico, Va.
