Orlando, Fla. – The George Mason Golf team moved from seventh to sixth place after completion of round two at the 2023 Atlantic 10 Men's Golf Championships. The Patriots (297) are tied for sixth with Dayton, heading into the final round of the 54-hole tournament.
Davidson College leads the 12-team tournament by nine strokes (565) over Loyola Chicago (574), competing in its first A10 Championship.
In the second round,

Samir Davidov turned in Mason's best round scores, with one-over-par 73s at the par 72, 7,154-yard Reunion Resort & Golf Club's Nicklaus Course. Matneja is t-12 overall and leads the Patriots with a two-day 145 (+1).
Junior
Colin Slater is currently 19th overall with a two-round 147(+3).
