2022-23:  Named to the 2023 Atlantic 10 Men's Golf All-Academic Team... The graduate student earned a GPA of 4.00 while pursuing a master's degree in public health with a concentration in epidemiology.... Matneja played his best collegiate golf down the stretch with three top 40 finishes, while boasting a 73.8 stroke average in the final three tournaments... Lead the Patriots with an 11th place finish, the grad student's best finish at an Atlantic 10 Championship with a four-over-par 220 (72-73-75).... Lead the Patriots at the par 71, 7,455 Scarlet Course at the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate in the final regular season tournament, carding back-to-back 74(+3) rounds prior to a 76 in the final round to finish t-30 overall in the 100- player field.

2019-20: Played in two spring season tournaments... Best three-round score was (75-76-70) 221 at the par 72, 7052 yard  Orlando Invitational... Carded a season-best two-under-par 70 in the Orlando tournament.

2018-19: Led Hamilton College with a 74.25 stroke average as a freshman…Made his collegiate debut at the Hamilton Invitational where he topped the field with a season-best 143…Finished first at the St. Lawrence Invitational with a 146 (72-74)…Earned All-NESCAC First Team honors…Voted the NESCAC Rookie of the Year…

Prep: Played locally for Robinson Secondary... 2016 VHSL All-State.
