Box Score FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason University men's tennis team (7-7, 3-2 A-10) picked up its third-straight league victory with a 5-2 triumph over St. Bonaventure (9-9, 2-3) on Saturday morning at the Mason Tennis Courts.
 
Mason swept singles matches at the No. 3-6 positions and also won all three doubles contests to pick up the important league victory.
 
"The guys played a great match today," head coach Jimmy Davis said. "We had energy all the way through until the end and we saw some of the improvements we've been working on in doubles show up. The guys are getting confident before conferences and a couple of key players are finally getting healthy. We're excited to continue working hard and getting ready for Florida."
 
In doubles, seniors Rithik Sardana and Momin Khan won at the top spot with a 7-6 (7-3) tiebreaker win over SBU's Graham/Egehus duo. Meanwhile, graduate Rishab Sardana and sophomore Niza Simunyola improved to 8-4 in dual action with a 6-3 win at No. 2 over SBU's Turner/Ganguly pair. Freshmen Monil Lotlikar and Alvaro Pedraza completed the doubles sweep with a 6-2 win at the third spot.
 
Lotlikar upped his singles mark to 6-2 at No. 3 after taking down Hugo Cochlin in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2. Rishab Sardana also took just the two set minimum to pick up a win over Anargha Ganguly at No. 4. The Union City, Calif., product won the first set, 6-4, then cruised in the second, 6-1.
 
At No. 5, sophomore Niza SImunyola won 6-3, 6-1 over Luke Young and at No. 6, junior Hayden Postin defeated Jean Marrero, 6-4, 6-2.
 
The Patriots wrap up the regular season next Saturday (Apr. 22) with a home contest vs. Saint Joseph's at 1 p.m. The match will serve as Senior Day for both the men's and women's programs.
