2021-22: All-A-10 Second Team...Led the Patriots at the No. 1 singles position throughout his senior campaign and also proved critical to the doubles lineup while playing at the No. 1 and No. 2 spots...In doubles, he picked up seven dual wins on the year, partnering mainly with junior
Faisal Alrebdi...Tallied a 4-3 mark at No. 2 doubles and also picked up three wins at the top spot with Alrebdi...In singles, he came up with clutch points throughout the season, including a win over St. Bonaventure which propelled the Patriots to a league victory...Also won singles matches against foes from Longwood, Mt. St. Mary's and Howard.
2020-21: All-A-10 Second Team...Led Mason with a 5-2 dual singles record, including a 3-1 mark at No. 2 and 1-0 at No. 1...Went 2-1 in A-10 singles, including a win over Richmond's Matt Fernandez, who earned a spot on the All-A-10 First Team...Got hot when it mattered most, winning his final four singles matches of the campaign.
2019-20: Posted a 4-3 dual singles record, including a 3-2 mark at the No. 3 position...Also notched a 5-3 record in dual doubles action while partnering primarily with Edward Ayers and Faisal Alrebdi...Won his final two singles matches of the season against opponents from Radford and NC Central...Paired with Alrebdi at No. 3 doubles to win his final three dual matches of 2020...That included an A-10 victory against Saint Louis.

2018-19: Sat out the 2018-19 campaign before enrolling at Mason to begin play as a sophomore.
2017-18: Did not see action on the court
during his freshman campaign.
Prep: Reached round of 32 in clay court doubles Nationals...Two-time North Coast Sectional champion...Four-time league winner in singles and doubles...Named 2017 James Logan Male Athlete of the Year...All-Academic team all four years of high school...
Personal: Son of Dinesh and Madhu Sardana...Has two siblings, including Rishab, who also is a member of the Mason men's tennis team...Hobbies include fishing, reading and traveling...Recruited by Gonzaga, Arkansas and UC Santa Barbara before enrolling at BYU for his freshman season.
