FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason men's and women's track and field teams prepare to perform at the Villanova Invitational Saturday Jan. 21 in Staten Island, N.Y.

Highlights from last week at the VMI Invitational
 
Senior Decker Barborek won the men's pole vault at the 4.75m mark followed by his sophomore teammate Brody Myers at 4.50m. Senior Garsen Gross coming in first at 17.39m.
 
On the women's side of things, senior Grace Gaudin dominated the weight throw with a 17.48m mark. Juniors Kelsey Sebwe and Dhiambi Otete took home first and third in triple jump with a 12.14 and 11.99 mark.
 
Sophomore Amber Askelson won the pole vault at 3.60m with Sidney Mays coming in third (3.45). Senior Lindsey Schmidt finished in first in the high jump with a mark of 1.68m.
