SCHEDULE
 
FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason women's volleyball program has released its 2022 fall schedule, which features four non-conference tournaments and an 18-game Atlantic 10 slate.
 
"I'm incredibly excited to get the season started with this team", said first-year head coach Megan Schifflet Bachmann. We have a lot of solid preseason match-ups to help us ramp up to an always challenging A10 schedule, and I can't wait to see what this squad can accomplish once we get to work."
 
Mason begins the 2022 campaign with the DC Challenge, playing at both Howard (Aug. 26) and American (Aug. 27). The Patriots will host the University of New Orleans (Aug. 27) at the Recreational Athletic Complex.

The Green & Gold will travel to Seton Hall for a tournament where the Patriots will face Seton Hall (Sept. 2), Iona (Sept. 3), and Akron (Sept. 3). Before the Patriots return home, they will travel to William & Mary for two matches against Radford (Sept. 9) and William & Mary (Sept. 10).
 
The non-conference schedule concludes with the Mason Invitational where the Patriots will welcome three teams for a six-game tournament at the RAC. Mason will play UNH (Sept. 16), UMES (Sept. 17) and Morgan State (Sept. 17).
 
The Patriots will play a 18-match A-10 schedule beginning on Friday, Sept. 23 at the RAC. Mason will play nine home and nine road contests during the regular season, scheduled to conclude on Saturday, Nov. 12.
 
The Atlantic 10 Championships will be held Nov. 18-20 on the campus of Saint Louis.  
 
The Patriots return 16 letterwinners and three starters from a season ago. The 2022 roster also features four newcomers: Skylar Goering (Wichita, Kansas.), Gabriella Gelfound (Lancaster, CA), Haley Graetz (River Falls, Wis.), and Rachel Larsen (Ashburn, Va.).
 
Admission is free for all Patriots' women's volleyball home games played at the RAC.
