FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason men's soccer team fell to Duquesne, 1-0, in an Atlantic 10 Conference matchup on Saturday afternoon at George Mason Stadium.

Mason (2-8-1, 1-3-1 A-10) and league-leading Duquesne (8-1-3, 3-0-2) remained scoreless going into the second half of play.

Senior goalkeeper
Jake Langley made five saves in the first 45 minutes to keep the net empty. The Dukes outshot the Patriots 9-0 and held Mason without a shot on goal in the first half.

In the 53rd minute, Duquesne freshman midfielder Ask Ekeland scored his team-leading fourth goal of the season from 20 yards out to account for the lone goal of the match.

The Patriots registered all four shots on goal in the second half.

Langley (2-8-1, 1-3-1 A-10) made a season high seven saves. Duquesne graduate student goalkeeper Domenic Nascimben (8-1-3, 3-0-2 A-10) made four saves to record his seventh shutout of the season.
