KINGSTON, R.I. – The George Mason men's soccer team dropped its Atlantic 10 road match to Rhode Island, 2-1, on Saturday night at the URI Soccer Complex in Kingston, R.I.
Mason (2-9-1, 1-4-1 A-10) fell behind Rhode Island (6-1-5, 2-1-2 A-10) in the 13th minute of play. Senior forward Patrick Agyemang netted his team-leading sixth goal of the season to put the Rams in front, 1-0.
In the 18th minute, Mason junior forward
Ishmail Kamara scored the equalizer, gathering a loose ball and scoring his first goal of the season to make it a 1-1 game.
The match remained tied until the final minute.
With just 45 seconds remaining in the match, Rhode Island sophomore midfielder Ivan Montoro scored the game-winning goal to lift the Rams to a 2-1 victory.

Jake Langley (2-9-1, 1-4-1 A-10) made three saves, while Rhode Island freshman goalkeeper Max Hinke also made three saves in the match.
