FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason women's basketball team will play at Duquesne on Wednesday. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. in Pittsburgh, Pa. 
 
Wednesday's game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN+. In addition, Brian McSweeney will call the game on the GoMason Digital Network, with pre-game coverage beginning at 5:50 p.m.
 
PATRIOT POINTS
* Mason (6-11, 0-5 A-10) couldn't overcome a big third quarter run by St. Bonaventure on Sunday, falling 81-74 inside EagleBank Arena.
 
* Senior Amaya Scott scored a career-high 35 points, shooting just under 50.0 percent from the field (10-21) and hitting a career-high 15 free throws (15-20 FT). She also pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds for her 13th career double-double.
 
* Scott's 35 points are the second-most points scored in the Atlantic 10 and 28th-most points scored in the country this season. Her 15 made free throws in a game rank first in the A-10 and are tied for fifth in the nation. 
 
* Mason's point guard duo of Taylor Jameson and Jayla Adams have shined over the last two games. Jameson is averaging 10.5 points and 4.5 assists while Adams is averaging 13.0 points and 3.5 assists. 
 
* Adams scored a career-high 14 points vs. St. Bonaventure, notching double-figure scoring for the fourth time in the last seven games. Jameson tied her career-high six assists and added 11 points.
 
* Senior Livija Kaktaite provided a lift off Mason's bench vs. the Bonnies, finishing with career highs in points (7), rebounds (6) and three-pointers (2). 
 
* Junior Jordan Wakefield is averaging 9.0 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game over the last four games. She has pulled down a career-high nine boards twice during that stretch.
 
* Adams has led the team in assists in 12 games this season. She is currently averaging 3.6 assists per game – good for seventh in the A-10.
 
* Mason ranks 48th in the nation in free throws made, going 240-of-330 from the line this season (.727). The Patriots have shot 70.0 percent or better from the line in 12-of-17 games. 
 
* Mason shot 80.6 percent from the free throw line (25-31 FT) against St. Bonaventure behind a 15-of-20 outing from Scott (.750). 
 
* Scott ranks 41st nationally in points per game (18.6) – good for second in the Atlantic 10. She also ranks 34th nationally in field goals made (122) and 36th in free throws made (72).
 
* Scott is averaging 22.6 points and 7.6 rebounds per game while shooting 47.8 percent the floor in conference play. She has gone to the free throw line the most out of any A-10 player in league play with 26 makes on 37 attempts (.703).
 
* Wakefield ranks 17th in the A-10 in scoring (12.5) and 20th in rebounding (5.8). In conference play, she sits 13th in rebounds per game with 6.6.
 
* Wakefield ranks 42nd nationally in free throw percentage (.859) – good for sixth in the Atlantic 10. Jameson sits seventh in the A-10 in FT percentage (.841), sinking 37-of-44 attempts.
 
SERIES HISTORY
The Patriots are looking for their first win over Duquesne since 1999. The Dukes have won nine straight in the series for a 10-2 all-time lead. They've won all eight meetings since the Patriots joined Atlantic 10 play in 2013-14. 
 
SCOUTING THE DUKES (7-11, 2-4 A-10; NET 177)
Duquesne improved to 2-4 in the Atlantic 10 after picking up a win over Saint Louis on Saturday, 71-62. 
 
The Dukes rank 54th nationally in three-pointers made (129) and 67th in three-point field goals per game (7.2). Tess Myers leads the conference in the category, averaging 2.9 three-pointers per game. She ranks 12th nationally in three-pointers made with 52 on 130 attempts (.400). 
 
Megan McConnell ranks 40th nationally in steals (42) and 67th in steals per game (2.3) – good for second in the Atlantic 10.
