AMHERST, Mass. – The George Mason women's soccer team (3-7) fell to UMass (6-2-2) by a score of 2-0 on Thursday afternoon inside Rudd Field.
Possession of the ball was split evenly amongst the Patriots and the Minutewomen. UMass tallied two goals on 14 total shots (six on goal). Mason tallied 12 total shots (four on goal). Freshman goalkeeper
Sarah Cuttler made her first career start for the Patriots, recording four saves.
