FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason men's soccer team hosts William & Mary on Saturday afternoon, with the kickoff scheduled for 2 p.m. at George Mason Stadium in Fairfax, Va.
Last time out, Mason (0-2-0) fell to Virginia, 3-0, on Tuesday at Klockner Stadium in in Charlottesville, Va. The Cavaliers scored three goals in the first 34 minutes of play in the first half.

Jackson Lee made three saves in the match.
The last four meetings between Mason and William & Mary have been exhibition matches.
The Patriots and Tribe played to a 2-2 draw on Aug. 24, 2019 at Martin Family Stadium in Williamsburg, Va.  Â
Mason built a 2-0 lead on goals by
Sukrija Dudic in the eighth minute and
Ryan Mingachos in the 65th minute. William & Mary scored two goals in the final 15 minutes, including the equalizer on a set piece in the 88th minute.
The Tribe outshot the Patriots, 10-5, while Mason had a 4-3 advantage in shots on goal.
SCOUTING WILLIAM & MARY
William & Mary finished the 2019 season with a 7-9-2 overall record, including a mark of 4-3-1 in CAA play. Â The Tribe went 3-3-2 at home and 3-6-0 on the road.
William & Mary dropped its first match of the 2021 spring season, 1-0, to Old Dominion on Feb. 28 at the Dillard Complex in Williamsburg, Va.
The Monarchs netted the lone goal of the match in the 31st minute. The Tribe outshot the Monarchs 15-7, including a 7-3 edge in shots on goal. William & Mary hit the post twice in the final 13 minutes of the game.Â
Sophomore forwards Alexander Levengood and Diba Nwegbo each recorded four shots, while redshirt-freshman goalkeeper Will Stack made two saves.
