FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason women's soccer team (2-5-1, 2-2-1) fell to Davidson by a score of 1-0 on Sunday afternoon.

The Patriots suffered their second conference loss of the season. Both losses have come against the Wildcats.

The Patriots earned eight total shots in the loss. Both offenses tallied four shots on goal on Sunday.

Junior Sara Chontosh led the Patriot attack with game-highs in shots (3) and shots on goal (2).
In a unique situation, keeper Louisa Moser recorded her second career shot on a free kick opportunity.
Sophomore Grace Hotaling recorded a shot on goal in 63 minutes played.
Freshman Kina Dirnberger made a sixth-straight start for the Patriots, tallying a shot on goal in 70 minutes of play.
