FAIRFAX, Va.  – The George Mason men's volleyball team (11-5, 8-4) travels to Loretto, Pa. to battle Saint Francis on Friday and Saturday.
 
Both matches will be streamed via NEC Front Row. Fans can also follow via live stats.
 
The Patriots are currently on a four-game winning streak, winning three of those four matches in sweeping fashion.  Mason is currently ranked third in the EIVA with an 8-4 conference record.

This will be Mason's first road trip of 2021. Last season, the Patriots finished a shorten season 1-9 outside of Fairfax.
 
LAST TIME OUT
Mason defeated Sacred Heart in straight-sets in both games of the Patriots' Sunday doubleheader inside EagleBank Arena.
 
"First off, a huge thank you to everyone who made it possible for us to play inside EagleBank," head coach Jay Hosack said. "That was a fantastic way to host a match."
 
Senior Sam Greenslade led the Patriots with 22 kills on the day (11 kills in each match). Greenslade also earned 11 digs and two service aces in six sets of action.
 
Senior Hayden Wagner recorded 20 kills in just four sets on Sunday while freshman Omar Hoyos tallied 17 kills in the two matches.
 
A LOOK AT SAINT FRANCIS (PA.) (5-14, 4-8 EIVA)
The Red Flash on currently on a four-game winning streak. Last time out, Saint Francis defeated Charleston (W.Va.) on Friday (March 19) and Saturday (March 20).
 
The winning streak has moved the Red Flash up from fifth in the EIVA standings to fourth (4-8).
 
Saint Francis is led by Michael Fisher, who leads the team with 158 kills (3.59 k/s). Fisher's kills per set number is ranked second in the conference, behind Mason's Hayden Wagner (3.98).
 
HISTORY vs. THE RED FLASH
Mason currently leads Saint Francis in the overall head-to-head series 39-17. These two programs met earlier in the season, the Patriots defeated the Red Flash in straight-sets on Feb. 19 and Feb. 20.
 
The last time Saint Francis defeated Mason, the Red Flash won in three sets on April 5, 2019.
