FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason women's soccer team (0-4, 0-1) women's soccer team continues their conference slate with a match against George Washington on Sunday.

Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET. in Washington, D.C. The match will be streamed via ESPN+. Fans can also access the game via live stats.

LAST TIME OUT
The Patriots fell to Davidson in their A-10 opener last Sunday by a score of 3-1. Mason scored their first goal of the season as junior Sara Chontosh tallied her third career goal on a rebound chance into an open net.

Mason was outshot 9-5 by the Wildcats with a third of Davidson's shots coming on goal (3). The Green & Gold also trailed in corner kick chances, earning only two to the Wildcats' five.

A LOOK AT THE COLONIALS (3-1, 1-0)
George Washington has won three of their first four matches to begin 2021. The Buff and Blue have outscored (10-5) and outshot their opposition (63-51) in that four-game span.

The duo of Tori Minda and Natalie Silberman have combined for six goals, 23 shots, 12 shots on goal and 13 points for the Colonials.

The last time George Washington was on the field, the Colonials defeated Towson by a score of 2-1. Minda and Silberman both scored in the contest on Thursday.

The Colonials were picked to finish second in the A-10 Preseason Poll, along with receiving one first place vote.
