FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason women's volleyball team fell to Davidson on Friday night at the RAC.
Mason was led by its senior class in the four-set loss on Senior Night. Senior
Katie Parmalee tied her career-high 16 kills at an efficient clip of .467. She added two blocks and an ace in the standout performance.

Erin Derick recorded her 26th double-double with 40 assists and 12 digs.

Marlanna Bozicevich led the Patriot defense with a match-high 17 digs while senior
Peyton Ehmke added eight kills and three blocks.
Mason moves to 5-21 overall and 3-12 in the A-10 with one match remaining.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Mason won the opening set, 25-19, before dropping the next three frames. The Patriots hit a set-high .278 in the first set with 16 kills to go along with 18 digs on defense.
- The Patriots struggled offensively in the second and three sets, hitting -.077 and .000, respectively.
- Davidson went on a 6-2 run in the final set to seal the four-set victory.
- Junior Mujay Mambu made her Green & Gold debut, tallying six kills and two blocks in the match. She posted three kills in Mason's opening-set win.
- Mason owned the advantage in digs, 67-58, but struggled to hit around Davidson's block. The Wildcats outblocked the Patriots, 16 to seven.
- Davidson finished with a clip of .340 compared to Mason's mark of .125.
