FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason men's soccer continues its three-match homestand against Radford on Saturday, with the opening kickoff scheduled for 3 p.m. at George Mason Stadium in Fairfax, Va.
Last time out, the Patriots (1-7-1, 0-2-0 A-10) fell to American, 1-0, on Tuesday at George Mason Stadium.

In the last meeting between the two teams, the Patriots fell to Radford, 2-1, on Oct. 17, 2004 at George Mason Stadium. The Highlanders netted the game-winner in the 63rd minute of play. Senior midfielder Matt Mendy scored the lone goal of the match for the Patriots. Mason outshot Radford 18-14, while both clubs registered eight shots on goal in the match.

The eight-game Atlantic 10 schedule includes road contests against Saint Joseph's (Sept. 17), Saint Louis (Sept. 25), Fordham (Oct. 9) and George Washington (Oct. 20). The Patriots will host St. Bonaventure (Oct. 6), VCU (Oct. 16), Davidson (Oct. 23) and La Salle (Oct. 30) in A-10 play.
Admission is free for all Patriots' men's soccer home games played at George Mason Stadium.
SCOUTING RADFORD
The Highlanders have an overall record of 2-5-0, including a mark of 0-1-0 against Big South Conference opponents. Radford is 1-1-0 at home and 1-4-0 on the road.
Last time out, Radford led 1-0 after the first half, but fell to Davidson, 2-1, with the Highlanders netting the gamewinner in the 85th minute at Alumni Stadium in Davidson, N.C. The Wildcats outshot the Highlanders, 14-5, including a 9-2 advantage in shots on goal.
Radford freshman forward Yoshiya Okawa scored his team-leading fourth goal of the season in the fourth minute of the match.
The Highlanders have had nine players score at least one goal through seven matches this season.
