FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason baseball team will be on the diamond for a pair of games as part of its fall schedule.
The Patriots will host Potomac State on Saturday, Sept. 28 and Frederick Community College on Sunday, Oct. 6. The first pitch for both games is scheduled for noon at Spuhler Field in Fairfax, Va.
The Mason roster includes two graduate students, two seniors, 11 juniors, 11 sophomores and eight freshmen.
The Patriots finished the 2019 season with an overall record of 19-35, including a mark of 5-19 against Atlantic 10 opponents. Mason went 13-16 at home, 3-19 on the road and 3-0 in games played at a neutral site during the 2019 campaign.
Two student-athletes earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference honors at the conclusion of the 2019 season.

Logan Driscoll was named All-Conference First Team, while outfielder
Brady Acker was selected A-10 All-Conference Second Team. Driscoll, who was selected by the San Diego Padres in the second round of the 2019 MLB Draft, was also named Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) Co-Player of the Year.
