FAIRFAX, Va. – Home contests against 2019 NCAA Tournament participants VCU and Saint Louis will highlight the George Mason University men's basketball 2019-20 A-10 home schedule.
The Atlantic 10 announced the home and away opponents for each member school on
Thursday, with Mason drawing a number of the league's top programs at EagleBank Arena.
Mason will play home-and-home series with traditional regional rivals VCU, George Washington and Richmond, while also contesting a pair of games against St. Bonaventure and Massachusetts.
In addition to those five home opponents, the Patriots also will host 2019 NIT qualifier Dayton, as well as Rhode Island, Saint Joseph's and the Billikens.
In addition to the double opponents, Mason's road slate will include trips to 2019 NIT participant Davidson, as well as Duquesne, La Salle and Fordham.
Dates and times for the Atlantic 10 games will be announced later this summer.

About the Patriots
Mason is coming off a 2018-19 campaign in which the Patriots set a new program record with 11 Atlantic 10 victories and set a program best with five A-10 road triumphs. Mason returns 11 letter winners and three starters from that squad, including 2019 A-10 Most Improved Player
Justin Kier. The Patriots also welcome three incoming student-athletes to the roster, including forward Josh Oduro (Haymarket, Va./Paul VI) and guards Xavier Johnson (Germantown, Md./Episcopal) and Daddy Haidara (Montréal, Quebec/Dawson College).
