A-10 TOURNAMENT FORECAST
The Patriots have locked up a first-round home game in the Atlantic 10 Women's Basketball Championship thanks to Wednesday's victory over Saint Joseph's. Mason will host a first-round home game at noon on Tuesday at EagleBank Arena. For tickets, click here. The No. 3-8 seeds host first-round games of the tournament and Mason (8-7) can jump up to the sixth seed is guaranteed to do no worse than the No. 7 seed as it owns tiebreakers against St. Joe's and George Washington, who both have identical 7-8 records in league action. The Patriots will play either Massachusetts, Richmond or St. Bonaventure in the first round.
SCOUTING LA SALLE
The Explorers (5-24, 2-13) knocked off St. Bonaventure 52-45 on Wednesday in Olean, N.Y. The win snapped a four-game losing streak for La Salle. The Explorers are led by senior forward Jeryn Reese, who is averaging 8.3 points and 6.8 rebounds. Junior forward Shalina Miller is also averaging 7.7 points and 6.5 rebounds.

The all-time series is tied 5-5, with the Patriots having won the last three meetings. In their most recent matchup, Mason defeated La Salle 59-42 just 16 days ago on Valentine's Day in Fairfax.
