The Mason athletic department has put in place an extensive list of special promotions, multiple fan giveaways, and theme games throughout the 2019-20 men's and women's basketball seasons.

Beginning this weekend, Mason Athletics hosts Glow Night at the Patriots' men's basketball game against American, Saturday, December 7 at 7p.m. The first 2,000 fans receive a LED Mason Glow bracelet. Halftime act, Mr. Blake Hicks & his amazing Tron bike, will perform extremely High Pro level BMX flatland tricks on a one-of-a-kind light up bike in the dark.

No holiday season is complete without an Ugly Holiday Sweater contest. Ring in the holiday season with the Patriots' Holiday Fest on Saturday, December 21. The first 2,000 fans will take home an Ugly Holiday Sweater Rally Towel plus keep an eye out for other holiday highlights during the night.

Atlantic 10 Conference play begins January 5 against rival VCU. A great game to test your Super Hero powers and experience a post-game Super Hero meet and greet and training for kids. The first 1,000 kids (12&under), Season Ticket holders, and Mason students receive Patriot Power t-shirts, designed by Fernando Mico, a Mason alum who began his career at Marvel Comics Entertainment.

Mason women's basketball will host its annual Princess Day as they begin A-10 play against rival George Washington on January 4. Don't be left behind, come to the BasketBALL game dressed as your favorite princess or royalty and join in the halftime on-court parade. Also, special princesses and royalty will be in attendance.

Bring 'the Force' with you to the Patriots' men's basketball game against Revolutionary Rival George Washington, February 15 and celebrate Star Wars night. The first 1,000 fans and Mason students receive a Jersey Fleece Blanket. Prepare for battle as your favorite Star Wars characters will be in attendance.
