Nearly two months into the international basketball season, more than a dozen Mason alumni have taken their talents abroad and represented the Green & Gold with distinction on the global stage. Patriots are playing in eight countries across the world, and many are starting or making key contributions on teams that are competing for league titles. Check out the individual capsules below to catch up on how your favorite Patriots are doing. 

Gabe Norwood ('07) | Rain or Shine Elasto Painters (Philippines-PBA)
A long-time member of the Philippines National Team, former Mason standout Gabe Norwood is now in his sixth season with Rain or Shine in his home country league. In three appearances in 2017, Norwood has averaged 9.3 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists. Norwood also had a successful FIBA-Asia Cup this summer where he played the most minutes for the Phillipines despite being its oldest player.
 
Folarin Campbell ('08) | Maccabi Kiryat Motzkin (Israel-National League)
One of Mason's 2006 Final Four stars, Campbell continues to make plenty of big buckets while approaching the second decade of his pro basketball career. In Israel, Campbell is starting for Maccabi Kiryat Motzkin and averaging a team-high 19.0 points to along with 5.5 assists and 4.1 rebounds.
 
Will Thomas ('08) | Valencia Basket (Spain – Liga Endesa)
A stalwart in European basketball for the better part of a decade, Thomas continues to use his power game to achieve success in one of the continent's premier leagues. As part of a Valencia squad that sits in third place with an 8-3 record, Thomas has started the majority of the team's games while averaging 6.7 points, 4.5 rebounds and shooting 51.4 percent from the floor. He's shooting 55.2 percent in Valencia's 11 Euroleague contests. Thomas and Valencia captured the Spanish League title in 2017.
 
Darryl Monroe ('09) | Turk Telekom Ankara (Turkey-TBL)
Monroe has made the turn into his 30s with aplomb. He's having an outstanding year for Turk Telekom Ankara in the Turkish capital, averaging a team-high 15.4 points to go along with 8.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists per contest. Behind his efforts, the team is off to a 13-0 start and a first place standing in the Turkish Table.
 
Cam Long ('11) | Maccabi Ashdod/Be'er Tuvia (Israel-Winner League)
Joining former teammate Folarin Campbell in Israel is former Mason sharpshooter Cam Long, who starts for Maccabi Ashdod/Be'er Tuvia. He's averaging 14.3 points and shooting 42.5 percent from 3-point range for the team. He posted 15 points, 10 assists and five rebounds in a recent contest vs. Hapoel Holon.
 
Andre Cornelius ('12) | Vestri (Iceland-D1)
Cornelius has seen action in three games for Vestri in the Iceland-D1 League. He is averaging 9.7 points in those contests while shooting 40 percent from 3-point territory.
 
Mike Morrison ('12) | Fraport Sky (German BBL)
Morrison starts for Fraport Sky in the German BBL where he's putting together a solid season. He's tallying 10.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists while shooting 63.9 percent from the field. His efforts have helped lead his team to an 8-4 record and a sixth-place standing in the German table. He had 14 points in a recent game over Ratiopharm.
 
Ryan Pearson ('12) | JDA Dijon Bourgogne (France-ProA)
Pearson is starting for JDA Dijon Bourgogne alongside former Duke/Maryland standout Rasheed Sulaimon. Pearson is averaging 13.1 points for his team, which has posted a 6-6 record in France's premier basketball league. His scoring average is currently second best on the team. The former CAA Player of the Year has had a busy 2017, including a summer in which he advanced to the Elite Eight in the annual $2 million Basketball Tournament alongside Team Fancy.

Bryon Allen ('14) | EWE Baskets (German BBL)
Like his former teammate Morrison, Allen is excelling in the German BBL. He is averaging a team-high 16.7 points while contributing 4.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game for EWE Baskets, which has posted a 6-6 record in the league. He's also posting 15.7 points and shooting 42.9 percent from 3-point range in the team's seven European Basketball Champions League contests. He posted 20 points in a 95-74 victory for EWE on Oct. 15 against the German League's fifth-ranked team.
 
Sherrod Wright ('14) | STJARNAN (Iceland-Dominos League)
One of the top-10 scorers in Mason history, Sherrod Wright is continuing his prowess in Iceland this season in the same league as Jalen Jenkins. In four games, Wright is averaging 12.0 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists.
 
Shevon Thompson ('16) | Raptors 905 (NBA G League)
After averaging 12.1 points and 7.5 rebounds last season for the Erie Bayhawks, Thompson is suiting up this season for Raptors 905 in Mississauga, Ontario. He's seen action in four games and is averaging 15.8 points and 10.8 rebounds per game while shooting 55.6 percent from the floor. Since joining the team in November, Thompson has posted a season-high 20 points vs. Delaware on Nov. 25 and a season-best 13 rebounds against Grand Rapids on Dec. 8.
 
Marquise Moore ('17) | Iowa Wolves (NBA G League)
In his first season with the Iowa Wolves, Moore has seen action in six games and earned a pair of starts. He's averaging 5.0 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists for the Minnesota Timberwolves affiliate. He posted a career high eight points vs. South Bay on Nov. 15 and a personal best seven rebounds vs. Santa Cruz on Nov. 19.
 
Jalen Jenkins ('17) | KR Reykjavik (Iceland-Dominos League)
Jenkins has been a forced to be reckoned with during his first professional season in Europe. The Brooklyn, N.Y., product is a starting big for KR Reykjavik where he's averaging team highs in scoring (19.6 ppg) and rebounding (9.6 rpg) while dishing out 2.9 assists per contest. He's averaged 18.5 points and 12.0 rebounds in KR's two FIBA Europe Cup games. Behind Jenkins' efforts, KR has posted a 7-3 record thus far in 2017-18.
