FAIRFAX, Va. – Riding momentum from a big road win, the George Mason women's basketball team heads home in hopes of building a winning streak.

The Patriots host Dayton at 7 p.m. Tuesday at EagleBank Arena. Mason (11-10, 4-4 Atlantic 10) will play its second game in 48 hours after defeating Richmond 54-50 on Sunday on the road for its first win over the Spiders since 1999.

Dayton (12-7, 6-1) rides a six-game winning streak and has won nine of 10. The Flyers are tied for first place in the A-10 with George Washington. Junior Jenna Burdette ranks fourth in the Atlantic 10 Conference with 4.9 assists a game and leads the Flyers with 12.9 points a game. Dayton is led by first-year coach Shauna Green, who spent last season as an assist at Northwestern after serving as an assistant at Dayton for three years.

The Patriots are 1-4 all-time against the Flyers, with their lone win coming last season in the opening round of the Atlantic 10 Tournament in Richmond. Mason has won two of three and Sunday's win at Richmond was its sixth road win of the year – the most in a season since 2005-06.

Freshman Jacy Bolton tied a career high with 17 points, grabbed nine rebounds and made a career-high four 3-pointers to lead the Patriots. The Drexel, Mo., native was named the Atlantic 10 Co-Rookie of the Week on Monday as she averaged 12 points and 5.5 rebounds in two games last week. In addition to Bolton, senior Kara Wright posted her fifth career double-double in the win over Richmond with 16 points and 10 rebounds and senior Tiffany Padgett came off the bench to score a career-high 15 points.
