Tuesday's game vs. Georgetown is the first of two this season. Mason travels to Shirley Povich Field on Tuesday, April 14. The Hoyas and Patriots played once last season where Mason scored two runs in the bottom of the 9th for the 6-5 walk-off win in Fairfax.
Mason won one out of three games vs. Saint Joseph's this past weekend. Jake Kalish went 4-4 and hit his first homerun of the season in the win. Georgetown has lost two straight after winning three in a row, including a 1-0 victory over then #12 Virginia in Charlottesville.
Kent Blackstone had multiple RBI's in Saturday and Sunday's games vs. St. Joe's and leads the team with nine multi-RBI games. He is currently first or tied for first on the team in RBI (27) doubles (6), triples (6), homeruns (3) and slugging percentage (.452).
