George Mason women's basketball returns to the Patriot Center Wednesday night to host St. Bonaventure at 7 p.m. The programs have met just once before with the Patriots falling 57-53 in the 2013-14 meeting at St. Bonaventure.
Mason is coming off its first ever A-10 road win after a 73-71 victory at La Salle on Sunday in a game that witnessed four Patriots scoring in double digits. Redshirt junior Taylor Brown led the way with 22 points, including a game-winning layup at the buzzer. Senior Sandra Ngoie added 16 points while redshirt juniors Jasmine Jackson and Kristi Mokube had 16 and 10 respectively.
St. Bonaventure comes to Fairfax off back-to-back losses, falling 67-61 at Richmond January 7 followed by a 72-62 home loss to Fordham on Jan. 11. On the season, the Bonnies are 5-4 on the road.
