George Mason women's basketball looks for its first A-10 road win of the season at La Salle Sunday at 1 p.m at Tom Gola Arena. Sunday afternoon will mark the fifth meeting between the two programs, with La Salle taking all four previous meetings including two decisions last season.
Both programs enter Sunday's match-up off Thursday night losses, with the Patriots dropping an 88-54 decision at Duquesne while the Explorers fell 70-59 at home to Fordham.
Redshirt junior Taylor Brown is fourth in the nation in points per game as she leads the Patriots, and A-10, with 23.6 points per game. Classmate Jasmine Jackson and senior Sandra Ngoie also average double digits on the season at 13.5 and 10.1 points per game respectively. The Explorers are led by Micahya Owens and Alicia Cropper who average 14.3 and 13.1 points per game respectively.
