Men's Basketball Foreign Tour Day Five: Barcelona

MEN'S BASKETBALL FOREIGN TOUR
DAY FIVE: BARCELONA

The George Mason men's basketball team got things off to a good start on their final full day in Barcelona, coming away with a 72-68 victory over Toulougest Basket. Following the game, the Patriots enjoyed a bus/walking tour of Barcelona, seeing sights such as the Cathedral of Barcelona, Barri Gothic district, the Ramblas, the marina, Olympic Stadium, Columbus Monument and Montjuic for a beautiful view of Barcelona.

Following the tour, the Patriots enjoyed free time in the city before a team dinner.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS
In the third game of the trip, the Patriots defeated Toulougest Basket, 72-68. Patrick Holloway continued his consistent scoring effort to once again lead the Patriots in scoring with 18 points. Marko Gujanicic had his best performance of the trip with 10 points on 4-of-6 shooting and four rebounds.

The Patriots will play their final game of the tour on Tuesday.
