Incoming freshman Oliver Smith of the Mason men's soccer team recently appeared in three World Cup Qualifying matches with the Cayman Islands National Team.

Smith and his teammates competed against Curaçao, St. Kitts and Anguilla, earning six out of a possible nine points. The Cayman Islands native started two games and recorded two assists in competition. 

Smith and the Mason men's soccer team begin competition with an exhibition match vs. Villanova on Tuesday, August 19 at 7:00 p.m.
