The George Mason men's volleyball team takes on the University of Puerto Rico –Mayaguez this weekend. The Patriots are coming off losses to #1 Loyola (ILL) and #11 Lewis. Mason currently is 8-10 on the season with a 4-4 conference record.

This will be the eighth time these two teams meet since 2003. The Green and Gold have won the last five matchups against UPR – Mayaguez. Mason's overall record against the Bulldogs is 6-1.
Freshman Radoslav Popov comes into the match leading the Patriots in kills with 161 on the season. Meanwhile, Jackson Carr has dished out a team-high 294 assists.
Senior Dave Lucas leads the Patriot defense with 1.94 digs per set. Meanwhile, Hunter Stevens is 4th best in the country with 1.45 blocks per set.
The Patriots will play UPR – Mayaguez on both, Friday and Saturday at 7:00 p.m.
