FAIRFAX, Va. – In this edition of Extra Innings, GoMason.com asked the players on this year's baseball roster how they got their start in playing baseball. Not to be surprised, a majority of the team started playing ball at a young age and was influenced by their family, in particular their fathers.
How did you get started in playing baseball?
“My dad and I played all the time when I was a youngster and I've been playing ever since.”
