The George Mason men's basketball team hits the road to take on Wright State on Tuesday in the second meeting between programs. The Patriots and Raiders first met in 1988 in the Drake Classic.
Mason is coming off its second straight win after defeating Iona, 86-81, behind a career-high 23 points from sophomore Marquise Moore. Isaiah Jackson tied his career-high of 14 points, while junior Shevon Thompson posted his second straight double-double with 13 points and 15 rebounds in the win.
Wright State comes into the contest on a four-game win streak after defeating Western Carolina on the road. JT Yoho posted his second straight double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Yoho leads the team offensively with a 17.9 ppg average. The Raiders are 4-0 this season on their home court, the Wright State Nutter Center.
