Former George Mason baseball standout Chris Widger was named the manager of the Camden Riversharks of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball this week.

Widger played for the Patriots from 1990-92 before being drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 1992 MLB Amateur Draft. He compiled 10 seasons of MLB experience, including in 2005 when won the World Series as a member of the Chicago White Sox.
