George Mason women's volleyball returns home Friday at 8 p.m. when Davidson comes to Fairfax for the second meeting between the teams in two weeks. The programs last met October 19 when the Patriots took a 3-2 win at Davidson behind a career-day from Stephi Matsushima who registered 34 digs on the day. There were a total of 20 ties and eight lead changes throughout the first meeting.

Both teams enter Friday's match looking to bounce back from losses as the Patriot are coming off a 3-0 loss at George Washington on Halloween, while the Wildcats are looking to snap an eight match losing streak. Davidson however, has seen more success on the road than at home with all three wins coming away from Belk Arena.

The Patriots will honor two seniors Saturday before they take on VCU at 7 p.m. in the Patriots final home match of the season. Mason faced the Rams earlier this season resulting in a 3-0 VCU win in Richmond.  The Rams take on George Washington Friday night, but enter the weekend in a three-way tie for fourth place in the Atlantic 10 with a 7-4 conference record.
