The George Mason women's basketball team takes the court Sunday against Bowie State in the Patriots' only exhibition of the season. Mason enters its second season under head coach Nyla Milleson with four returners, including the A-10's returning leading scorer, Taylor Brown. In her first active season with the Patriots, the redshirt junior out of Bowie, Md. averaged 18.9 points per game.
Mason also returns Sandra Ngoie, Talisha Watts and Reana Mohamed from the 2013-14 season. The Green and Gold will also see the return of Rachel McNair, who sat out the 2013-14 season due to injury, in addition to transfers Kristi Mokube (FSU) and Jasmine Jackson (Georgetown). Five freshman, all from the DMV area, round out the roster for the Patriots.
