The Patriots continue to roll on the hard court, defeating Hofstra at home on Saturday, 5-2. Mason improves to 12-6 (2-0) on the season.
Mason won the No. 2 and No. 3 doubles matches to gain their first point. In singles action, the Patriots won four matches.
Two of the singles matches went the distance with each team taking a match. Mason's Scott Keaton won his match at No. 2 after dropping the first set 6-7. He rebounded with 7-6 and 10-8 wins in the second and tiebreaker sets. The Patriots won matches Nos. 4-6.
Mason travels into Washington, DC to face Georgetown on April 11 at 2:00 p.m.
