NEWS & NOTES
The George Mason women's basketball team plays its final home game of the 2012-13 season on Thursday hosting UNCW on Senior Night. Seniors Melissa Collier, Shavonne Duckett, Amber Easter, Rahneeka Saunders and Joyous Tharrington will all be recognized before tip Thursday night.

Mason is coming off  tough loss on the road at Georgia State, falling to the Panthers 67-51, while UNCW comes into the contest on a two-game skid having last fallen to Northeastern. The Seahawks picked up their last victory on February 17 in overtime against Georgia State. Karneshia Garrett and Jessica Freeman both lead UNCW averaging just over 10 points per game.
