Fairfax, Va (November 30, 2013)--Senior Jonathan Arledge is medically unable to participate with the men's basketball team for the remainder of the 2013-14 season.
"Jonathan has been an integral part of the program," said Head Coach Paul Hewitt. "It's unfortunate for Jonathan that his senior season ends this way. He is on schedule to graduate in May and I know Jon will continue to work hard academically."
The 6-9 forward played in the Patriots' opening game this season against American, scoring two points and grabbing three boards, but has missed the past five games. Coming into this season, Arledge averaged 5.3 points, 3.1 rebounds and blocked 39 shots in 97 career games.
