George Mason head women's basketball coach Nyla Milleson announced the signing of four National Letters of Intents for the 2014-15 season.

 Cydni Cole (Crownsville, MD./Indian Creek), Casey Davis (Bladensburg, MD/Elizabeth Seton High), Tayler Dodson (Penn Laird, VA/Spotswood High School) and Qierra Murray (Baltimore, MD/Milford Mill Academy) are set to join the Patriots for the 2014-15 season.

Cole will join Mason after she completes her high school career at Indian Creek High School in Crownsville, Md. The 5'5” point guard averaged 22 points and six rebounds in the 2012-13 season, earning a spot on the Second Team Baltimore Sun All-Metro.

“Cydni is a smart player whose ball handling and passing skills allow her to create her own looks,” Milleson said.

Davis, a 6'2” forward, averaged six points and six rebounds per game last season at Elizabeth Seton High School.

“Casey is an inside player who competes on the glass,” Milleson said. “She shows well with either hand in the post and will add another shot-blocking presence.”

Like Davis and Cole, Murray comes to Mason from the Maryland Pride AAU program. The 5'8” combo guard averaged 19 points and three assists per game at Millford Mill Academy.

“Qierra is dynamic with the ball in her hands,” Milleson said. “She thrives in transition and up-tempo styles of play.”

Dodson is a versatile athlete who will join Mason from Spotswood High School. The 6'0” wing averaged 15 points per game while shooting 52-percent from the field.

“Tayler is an all-around player who can shoot, drive, rebound and pass,” Milleson said. “Her strength will also benefit us defensively.”

Transfers Kristi Mokube (Florida State) and Jasmine Jackson (Georgetown) will also be eligible to join the rotation in the 2014-15 season. Both are currently on campus but are required to sit out a year due to NCAA D-I transfer rules.
