After a 3-0 hometand, the George Mason women's basketball returns to the road for a three-game swing beginning at Old Dominion on Sunday. The Patriots will look for a season sweep over the Lady Monarchs, while improving their win streak to four. ODU enters the contest looking to snap a two-game skid.
Mason is coming off a convincing win over conference rival Towson on Thursday. Amber Easter posted her fourth double-double of the season with a career-high of 21 points and team-high 12 rebounds. Taleia Moton added 20 points to the board and continues to pace the team offensively this season, owning a 21.3 points per game average. Easter and Evelyn Lewis both lead the Patriots on the boards with 6.1 rebounds per game averages.
ODU enters Sunday's matinee coming off a loss at William and Mary, 83-80. The Lady Monarchs dropped a decision to UNCW before their trip to Williamsburg. Tia Lewis leads the team with an 18.5 points per game average and 8.8 rebounds per game average. ODU has defeated Georgia State and Northeastern this season in league play.
