George Mason and UNC Greensboro renew a rivalry absent for three seasons this Friday night at George Mason Stadium. The Patriots are coming off the Penn State Invitational where they battled to a draw against Richmond and dropped a hard-fought decision to then-No. 17 West Virginia. The Spartans opened their season dropping matches at Virginia Tech, 4-0, and at Wake Forest, 5-0.
