Meeting for the lone contest of the regular season, George Mason welcomes Towson to the Patriot Center for the Patriots Go Pink Breast Cancer Awareness game. Mason is coming off a Thursday night victory over Delaware, defeating the Blue Hens, 67-56. Brittany Poindexter recorded her second double-double of the season leading three Patriots in double figures. Towson has dropped the past three contests and is led in scoring by Krystal Parnell.
