The George Mason men's basketball team closes out a three-game road trip prior to breaking for final exams as Mason travels to in-state foe Radford. This is the fourth-straight season the two teams have met, with Mason taking two of those three games including an 81-55 win in Fairfax in November 2010 ... Radford welcomes the Patriots with a 3-7 record, including two losses in Big South Conference play. The Highlanders have lost six straight contests, including a 57-49 setback at home on Tuesday night against Charlotte. RU has faced one CAA opponent this season already, defeating Delaware 58-54 on Nov. 11 to open the season. Radford's lone double-figure scorer is Jonathan Edwards, who leads the team at 10.7 points per game along with a team-high 7.2 rebounds per game. Entering the week, the Highlanders ranked 323rd out of 338 NCAA Division I schools shooting 37.1 percent from the field ... Mason is 14-19 in the Patriots final game before fall semester final exams since entering NCAA Division I in 1978, including three straight wins ... The Patriots take an 10-day break for final exams and returns to the court on Wednesday, December 21 at home against Duquesne. Tip time against the Dukes is set for 7 p.m.
