Championship Match Highlights
BALLYMENA, Northern Ireland - Conor Shanosky, who will join the George Mason University men's soccer team for his freshman season in the fall, saw time in the 3-0 U.S. U-20 Men's National Team victory over host Northern Ireland in the championship match of the 2010 Milk Cup. Shanosky entered the match in the 63rd minute of action.
The title was the first for the U.S. in the Milk Cup since 2005. Gale Agbossoumonde, Juan Agudelo and Adrian Reulas each scored for the U.S. side in the shutout win.
The U.S. earned its place in the final with wins against China (1-0) and Denmark (3-2), and was the only team in the Elite Section to win its first two matches. Head Coach Thomas Rongen used every field player on his roster and both goalkeepers during the three-game tournament.
