The George Mason women's basketball team returns to action for the last game of 2010 welcoming Norfolk State to the Patriot Center on Wednesday. The Patriots look to extend this three-game win streak during this five-game homestand against the Spartans. Mason brings a 5-5 record into the non-conference matchup, while Norfolk State carries a 5-3 record into the contest. Norfolk State is coming off a 10-day break having last played McNeese State December 18, winning in overtime. The Patriots defeated Longwood 73-45 with two players posting double-doubles in the game. Evelyn Lewis recorded 17 points and 14 rebounds, while Amber Easter added 15 points and 13 boards for the first two double-doubles of the season.
