George Mason Athletics Women's Basketball 11/9/2010 12:00:00 AM

Nov. 9, 2010

The Patriots have released the promotional schedule for the 2010-11 men's and women's basketball seasons. The athletic department has put in place an extensive list of special events, promotions and giveaways throughout the season to remain one of the most affordable family entertainment values in the Washington, DC Metro area.

A family of four can attend the opening game against Harvard on Saturday for $54, which includes tickets, pizza and sodas. Several games are designated Youth League Jersey Nights where kids get in free with paid adult.

Kids will have the opportunity to shoot free throws on the Patriot Center court and receive autographs from the Patriots players and coaches on all the Saturday home contests. The traditional Princess Day and Girl Scout day are set for women's basketball as well as Boy Scout Day at a men's game.

Mason will celebrate the fifth year anniversary of the 2006 Final Four throughout the men's basketball season, honoring the historic team with mini-bobblehead give-a-ways of the starting five. The first 1,000 fans at the December 1st game against George Washington will receive a Folarin Campbell bobblehead. The other games to collect your Final Four bobbleheads series include December 4 (Tony Skinn), January 15 (Jai Lewis), February 5 (Lamar Butler) and February 12 (Will Thomas).

The entire promotional schedule can be found on the promotions page at GoMason.com.
