QUINCY, Mass. - Three members of George Mason's 2009-10 recruiting class were named to the Volleyball Magazine 2009 Boys Fab 50, highlighting the top incoming freshmen in the nation. A fourth member of the Patriots' recruiting class was named an honorable mention by the publication.

Among those named to the list were Piotr Dabrowski, a 6'6" middle blocker from Glenbard East High School in Lombard, Ill.; Mark Jones, a 6'5" setter and teammate of Dabrowski at Glenbard East; and Robbie Stoeckinger, a 6'6" opposite hitter/middle blocker from Loyola High School in Los Angeles, Calif. Patrick Maloney, a 6'4" outside hitter from Deep Run High School in Glen Allen, Va., was one of six players to receive an honorable mention by the publication.

The freshman class will join a Patriots' squad that will lose only three players to graduation. Aside from Kyle Gramit, Erik Lanham and Brandon McLaughlin, every member of last year's team that reached the EIVA Semifinals returns for next season.
