The George Mason women's soccer team will put its two-game winning streak on the line on Friday night as the Patriots host Indiana at George Mason Stadium on at 7 p.m. Fresh off the 300th win in school history and the title at the Mason Tournament, the Patriots will look to reach .500 for the first time this year as Mason (2-3-0) takes on the Hoosiers (2-3-0) in the Broadside Game of the Week.

The Patriots are unbeaten at home this year while Indiana has yet to win on the road. The two teams hosted tournaments last weekend with the Patriots taking a 1-0 overtime win over Hartford and a 1-0 victory over Mississippi State. Junior Kelly Keelan was named CAA Co-Player of the Week after recording both shutouts in net. Indiana beat Vermont 5-0 but lost to Cal Poly, 3-1. The Hoosiers have won their two games by a combined score of 7-0 while losing their three games by a combined score of 10-3.

Mason's fortunes turned early this season when Keelan went into net. An all-conference player at forward last year, the junior had one day of training in net before starting there against Virginia Tech. She lost a 2-0 decision to the Hokies, but the tenor of the team's play changed. The result is a current streak of 205 scoreless minutes. With Keelan no longer at forward, Mason has gotten a scoring lift from the midfield as Kimmy Moss and Sasha Vido each scored from that position last weekend.

Indiana has gotten three goals from Kelly Lawrence and two apiece from Devon Branch and Liz Holby. Chloe McKay has added a goal and two assists and Carly Samp has a pair of assists on the year. The Hoosiers have been unsettled at goal this year as Lauren Hollandsworth has started four games with a 1-3-0 mark, a shutout and 16 saves on 25 shots. Lindsay Campbell started one game, is 1-0 with one shutout and one goal allowed on three shots. Lex Dickison has also seen time in net in two games but she has not faced a shot.

Mason is 1-0 all-time against Indiana. The Patriots hosted the Hoosiers in 1994 with Mason taking a 3-0 win. The Patriots were 16-3-2 that year and advanced to the NCAA Sweet 16. Should Mason beat Indiana, it would make it the third straight season that the Patriots have won at least three of their first six matches.
