The George Mason women's volleyball team will conduct several promotions throughout the 2007 season and will twice be featured as the Broadside Game of the Week.

The Patriots' first appearance as the Broadside Game of the Week will come on Friday, Sept. 28 when they host Delaware at 7 p.m. All Mason students with valid ID will receive a Mason Tote Bag. The Delaware match will also be "Youth Night". Any fan under the age of 18 will receive $1 admission and will take home a George Mason school pack. Following the match, the Patriots will be available for autographs.

Friday, October 19th when Mason hosts William & Mary will be another Broadside Game of the Week appearance for women's volleyball. Mason students with valid ID will receive free pizza before the contest.

Mason will also host interactive contests at select home games. Fans can attempt to predict the number of kills the Patriots will record in the first three games of the match. The fan that submits the correct amount will win a Mason prize pack and a gift certificate to a local restaurant.

At most home matches, select fans will have the opportunity to compete in on-court contests for prizes during the intermission between the second and third games of the match. Each time the Patriots record a point off of a block, T-shirts and Mason backpacks will be thrown into the crowd.

Other highlighted promotions include a schedule card giveaway for all fans at the season opener on Friday, Aug 24 against George Washington. The Patriots' game against Villanova on Aug 29 will be a "Working Wednesday" where fans that bring a business card to the game will pay only $1 admission.
